Product Description
The Glamatic BROW Electrosurgical Cautery is a versatile electrosurgical generator designed to provide reliable cutting, coagulation, bipolar and vessel-sealing functions for a wide range of surgical procedures.
The BROW model combines multiple output modes in a single generator, including monopolar cutting and coagulation, bipolar coagulation, bipolar cutting, sealing and saline cutting/coagulation modes. Its multi-purpose configuration makes it suitable for modern surgical environments requiring flexibility and precise energy delivery.
The unit incorporates several safety features, including automatic safety circuits, double-tets circuit, audible tones, discreet outputs, isolated circuitry and patient plate monitoring. It also features a 7-segment LED display and supports up to 99 user-settable programs.

Product Features
1. CUT MODE
PURE CUT
High-frequency alternating current provides smooth, rapid cutting with little to no hemostasis.
BLEND 1
Preset blended-cut mode providing varying degrees of hemostasis during cutting.
BLEND 2
Designed for vaporization of prostatic or fatty tissue. Its higher output wattage provides an increased cutting effect.
ENDOCUT
Designed for automatically controlled cutting systems to reduce complications during endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) and support controlled cutting during endoscopic procedures.
2. COAG MODE
SPRAY
Provides direct coagulation at the tissue through a high-voltage spark. The spray effect can create an extensive arc at higher settings.
FORCE
Provides a greater degree of haemostasis and covers all standard coagulation requirements. The waveform supports controlled coagulation with reduced tissue destruction through hyper-evaporation.
FULGURATE
Produces tissue coagulation through a spark between the electrode and tissue, creating a broader coagulation effect.
DESICCATE
Provides coagulation through direct contact between the active electrode and tissue, making it suitable for desiccation applications.
3. BIPOLAR & SEAL
BI-COAG
Designed for highly precise control over coagulation processes and prevention of carbonization.
BI-CUT
Bipolar cutting technology designed to minimize excessive current during precision cutting in minute tissue structures.
SEAL
Provides a combination of pressure and energy to create vessel fusion, allowing sealing and cutting functions to be performed together using the appropriate sealing instrument.
Bipolar TURP
A bipolar TURP mode designed for transurethral procedures. It uses bipolar energy to support cutting and coagulation while operating in a saline environment.
